Refund Policy
This page explains the basic refund approach used for FixMyLP engagements unless different written terms are agreed in advance.
Project Work
For paid work, refund terms are clarified before engagement begins. If work has not started, a refund may be considered. If work has already begun or been delivered, partial or full refunds depend on the scope completed and the circumstances of the request.
